As may will have been at being written in The Continuing Adventures of Paisley Glen:
Anastras and Taytheer Chatterley joined our Glorious Company during King Edmund and Co's first foray into the mad realm of Victoriana. As they were beset by a veritable storm of self-repression and female hysteria, Anastras and Taytheer swung into the room, a la Zorro, and beat the fiends off with a stick. Edmund was so impressed that he offered them posts in his Foreign Legion and Government, respectively. As Anastras and Taytheer's influence grew, so did their wealth and respect. Eventually, they grew bored with Court Life and went forth to conquer some of that bothersome uncharted territory in the upper left of the Map of Paisley Space, resulting in their elevation to the status of Grand Duke and Duchess. They now rule Pfennig-Halbpfennig with iron fists, and report back to Edmund with every new conquest.
