Crystal Lily

Her Ladyship, circa 1582/1860/2009

1561-2012

Marchioness D'Euphoria;Baroness D'Extasee;

As written of Lady Crystal in The Paisley Glen Song:

A crushing glance from one of the Glen's most vivacious beauties. " Now, Crystal is cute, young, and blonde,
And her years are so hard to gauge.
She'll out-do the best in all Paisley -
We can't wait 'till she comes of age."

Of Crystal Lily

Lady Crystal and Dame Scarf plot their conquests for the evening. To be sure, Lady Crystal has not been the resident C.B.U.G. (Cute Blonde Underage Girl) for a number of years. In fact, that is nearly the only certain thing about her - that she was the original C.B.U.G., and that she is no longer blonde, or underage. In fact, cruel time has given her maturity far beyond many other Paislians who outstrip her in age. Lady Crystal has come a long, long way.

Of Lady Crystal and the Legend of the Match-Girl:

Lady Crystal, Lady Olivia, and H.S.H. Ursula gathered in revelry. It has been said that Crystal Lily is a mystical spirit, whose physical body is made of opium smoke from the pipe of a destitute match-girl. While many other such spirits habitate in the Glen, it is uncertain if this legend is true, or if it's just a malicious rumour spread by the Paislian Paparazzi. Despite the mystery of her origins, it is documentable that Lady Crystal is far more generous towards charities aiding match-girls than those that don't.

Of Lady Crystal and Paisley Italy

The Lady Crystal's victory dance. In the dawn of the Glen-time, there was another great nation on the wane, adjacent to the Glen. Paisley was still in its infancy, and its glorious parties and sparkling vivacity had yet to be established. Thus it was that the Lady Crystal found it necessary to wander in the evenings, to find that joy that gives life its meaning. Crystal stumbled upon Paisley Italy, which was then in the height of its civilization. Oh, its glorious towers, its glittering people! The Duke of Paisley Italy, Lord Jeremy Byron*, was viewing his minions wrestling before him, as was his wont. Lady Crystal found herself thrown into the ring, and lo - the C.B.U.G. won!
