Beginning life as a cat-girl in an anime, Puddles sprung forth fully formed from the brow of a young man with a fantasy. A fantasy of cat-girls, obviously. She met up with Edmund during his search for Ursula and Ivanuvich, who had mysteriously vanished earlier that week, when he visited the mysterious island of Mitsubishi. Edmund's relations weren't there, but Puddles had had enough of her creator - yes, his fantasty had become disenchanted. She came with Edmund, who later returned to clear the island and return it to her.
